win a motor bike

The Dundee Football Club Supporters Society (DFCSS) Prize Draw. The prize is a GSF 600 S Suzuki Bandit with a 2004 plate and only 5,600 miles on the clock painted in Dundee Football Club livery. The motorbike was kindly donated by Marilyn and John Burke of The Barry Smith Dark Blues. Marilyn and John are fervent supporters of Dundee FC and have on many a time gone way and beyond the call of duty for our football club. John is responsible for most if not all of the banners that are auctioned at the Player of the Year and the Hall of Fame dinners and was the architect behind the Dee4Life banner that used to sit in the centre circle at Dens Park on match day. Their fundraiser this occasion is to raise funds to help go towards Dundee supporters realising the dream of owning Dundee Football Club. The bike was stripped down and the paint work was carried out by Bike Paints in Cupar. The motorbike is painted in deepest, darkest Dark Blue (copywrite Shuntz), with a red and white piping running from the front mud guard, through the front fairing and fuel tank to the rear of the motorbike. The 1961/62 crest is painted on either side of the fairing and the DFC crest and laurel leaf on the front of the fairing. Tickets will be on sale in The Penman lounge, all parts of the ground on match days and the club shop up to kick off on the closing date which is the 30th of April 2011 when Dundee host Partick Thistle in our last home game of the season. The draw will take place at half time on the pitch. There are only 1000 tickets available at £5 each, which is a bargain. This is an easy way of raising £5000 for our club, if you could please purchase a ticket or two. Many thanks DDYB.
