7. Membership update
- Since the DFCTV site was revamped, 18 new gold members and 4 exiles have joined.
- Problems with payments from outside EU – go cardless can’t take payments from outside the EU
but members can pay via PayPal.
- Annual renewal letters are done and with the printers.
- Need to work on the 2nd letter.
- Membership cards costs - £218 for 360 gold cards and 40 silver cards. Yearly cards logo needs to
be updated. Board need to decide on number of cards to order.
- Nicki Robb and RD to send welcome emails to new members.
8. DSA update
- Nothing new, next meeting 29th March.
9. Reducing work load and finalising past business.
- PC – need to complete all current business.
- Need to go back through previous minutes for action points
10. AOCB
- Changes to constitution – IB to take action
- Club to be approached regarding a POTY (Andy DeVris Trophy) commemorative wall in the
Penman lounge.
11. DONM
- 3 weeks to a month. Date to be decided.
