Moving Forward Together
- CF passed on a fan complaint regarding the club website – no information available on the website
regarding the youth fixtures, need to check DUFC website to find out fixtures. RD believed there
may be restrictions on publishing time/venue, however the new website has a youth development
area so should be available there.
- Work is progressing with the Manhattan works training facility.
- South enclosure toilets are complete, waiting for building inspection – should be open this
Saturday.
6. Communications update.
- The website has been delayed due to problems with Ustream – can’t secure the link which would
mean anyone could view footage free. Ustream could’ve fixed problems for $990 per month. RD
thought that was too expensive and has sourced Scale Engine at $35 per month, which has been
tested this week. Now need to download Wire Cast (programme which footage is streamed from)
should cost $350.
- Last game was streamed FOC as a trial with approx. 50 viewers, no complaints received.
- RD has been keeping fans updated regarding DFCTV so it’s not felt an apology is needed for the
delay to the streaming service starting.
- Need monthly report from PC and CR.
- Positive feedback has been received from fans regarding positive atmosphere around the club
after the new management team has been installed.
7. Membership Update.
- Letter is to be drafted warning members that a renewal will be received in the next few months
and detailing changes (£5 annually). The letter should also sell the society vision, and acknowledge
those who have put time, effort and money into the Society and were responsible for saving the

club. We are looking into creating a historic membership on 31 May 2014 with the names of all
st
members on the 31 May 2014 and then going forward an up to date membership with full rights
will be created.
- Meeting to be held next week to draft the letter.
- Outside professional help to be requested – with Board members being tasked to contact Society
members who may be able to help.

- IB brought the board up to date with progress with the ongoing proposals.

- Need to look at website advertisement.
- Trackside advertisement for DFCTV – 2 spaces available.
- Possible pamphlet – Derek Gerrard.
- NR is to copied into emails regarding payment for DFCTV.
