kids season tickets

as it says Scott lockie from Austrailia is doing a kids ticket scheme through his website dark blue nation,as below.

n the space of the past few weeks, Dundee fans have so far donated 70 season tickets as part of the Dark Blue Nation Kid’s Season Ticket initiative. A tremendous effort by supporters at home and overseas.

The money raised so far, has already been sent to Dens and is available to bolster John Brown’s squad for the upcoming season. So not only are you helping youngsters in Dundee, you’re also contributing to seeing a better team on the pitch to give us the best possible chance of promotion.
As you are aware, the travelling supports to visit Dens this upcoming season will be tiny, compared to last season, therefore the volume of season ticket sales is crucial if we are to assemble a squad to mount a serious promotion challenge.

Last year, 200 season tickets were donated to disadvantaged kids in Dundee to enable them to watch the Dark Blues, so we’re keen to beat that total this year. The Club have confirmed that this year these tickets will be allocated to disadvantaged kids via the school system, ensuring they go to those who need them.

It is widely accepted, that our core support is around the 4,000 mark. If every one of these supporters donated a £20 Kid’s Season Ticket, we would raise £80,000 in a matter of weeks and double the crowds at Dens next season. However, to achieve this we need everyone to get behind this initiative.
I will shortly be promoting this initiative via the Club, the local media, various internet fan forums and various social media mediums. Apologies in advance if I hit you up more than once!
I would be grateful if you could get behind this initiative and spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues, to ensure that the next generation of football supporters in Dundee, grow up following the oldest and finest club in the city.
To donate a Kid’s Season ticket is simple, just visit www.darkbluenation.com submit the online form and I’ll email you the payment options. We’ll also recognise your support of this initiative by adding your name to our Scroll of Honour on the Dark Blue Nation website.

You can also keep up-to-date with what we’re up to, by following us on Twitter @darkbluenation and on Facebook: Exiled Dark Blues
