Once again i emailed the DFCSS last week,(now nearer 2 weeks) with two queries, the first one relating to the on going saga of the missing minutes,and the role that the fans rep has been playing since he joined the board.

Once again there has not even been a reply,nor indeed not even a holding email reply saying, we are looking at your querie.From now on i think il give the "contact us"option a swerve,it appears it takes way longer than it should to reply to questions getting asked.

Contents of the email were my views on the missing minutes and how it doesnt look good/proffessional etc,and i asked why had minutes after the missing minutes actually appeared before the missing ones,ie jan and feb are missing yet march etc are there,it just doesnt do the society any favours whatsoever in my opinion,umpteen times now i have ended up getting a reply with an appology for the length of time it has taking to reply,but this is just a straight forward question as to where are the missing minutes!

On top of all that,if i was an investor looking to invest in the club then i would be looking at the Dfcss site and reading the minutes etc,how many potential investors following my train of thought would be put off investment?

The second querie was regardin the fans rep,now i have always been under the impression that there was one fans rep and not three as the dfcss are now telling me,if it is three now then has the constitution been changed? as i am not aware that it has been,I feel strongly that there should only be one fans rep, that way nothing can get lost as in one fans rep thinking one of the other two fans reps were dealing with an issue or indeed actually reporting an issue.

Since Fraser has taken over the fans rep role i dont think we have had any correspondence whatsoever in his offical capacity which is just not good enough in my opinion.

Sure these guys are busy juggling home life/worklife/and DFC issues and they have my gratitude for what they are doing,but if they are so busy that they aren't doing their DFC job properly then its time they stepped aside,once again in my opinion this appears to be happening in the Fans rep role.

We as fans simply cant let our guard down after what we have been through in the past.I await the usual defending posts,but before anyone tries to defend ask yourself a question,are you happy at the way dfcss

a- currently answer queries

b-fail in getting the minutes online within a reasonable timescale

c- have a fans rep who is not keeping us upto date
