Dundee's Lee Wilkie came on in the second half of the match against South Africa in Hong Kong, thus winning his first full cap for Scotland.

Though the Scots lost 2-0 they hit woodwork twice and could have scored on at least 4 occasions.

Reports coming from the match suggest there was much more positive things for Berti Vogts to ponder on.

Scotland more than matched the Africans who will begin their World Cup campaign with a game against Paraguay on 2nd June.

Lee mad his grand entrance in the second half and immediately made an impact with 3 good challenges to win the ball and during this spell Scotland should have equalised.

Chasing the game they lost a second in the 90th minute when South Africa hit them on the break.

But by all accounts big Lee Wilkie impressed the Scotland Manager and this could be just the beginning of something big. CONGRATS, LEE, ALL WITH DUNDEE AT HEART ARE PROUD OF YOU.
