Several weeks ago it was widely known Dundee were showing interest in F.C. Zurich midfielder Gocha Jamarauli. The player, who will be 31 in July, has played for the Swiss side for several seasons and his tally is 97 games played and 18 goals scored.


News came via the JMB website www.jmb-online.com at the weekend that FC Zurich have decided to release the player. I heard via the old jungle drums this morning Dundee were ready to step in sooner rather than later as Gocha could be an important addition to a midfield badly crippled by injuries this season.

He has been capped 50 times for Georgia and scored 6 goals for his country. Said to be a Nemsadze type midfield creator, he certainly sounds like another exciting capture for Dundee should they finally sign him. I AM CONFIDENT THEY WILL, AND SOON.
