Dee4life have called for an egm to be held on Tuesday October 24th, at the Penman lounge, Dens Park, commencing at 7.30pm, as the Trust Board are seeking the following amendments to the trust regulation;
> remove the requirement for board members to retire by rotation
> give flexibility and clarity in terms of how the society participates in share
ownership in the club.
The egm is expected to be brief, and is followed by the main event for the evening, a question and answer session with club Chief Executive Dave MacKinnon, team manager Alex Rae and Dee4life chairman and club Board Director George Knight.
A raffle will also take place for the chance to win a signed and framed Gavin Swankie top. Everyone in attendance will be offered the chance to enter the raffle draw free of charge.The winner will be announced at the end of the proceedings.
